My computer died. My sister has a laptop and she's being selfish. She only lets me check my e-mail and update shit. She's not letting me use her laptop to make a screen name. I'll be back online after christmas, bro. Anyway, i respect the post you made, man. The first heart felt post i saw since the murder happened. I'm in the same boat with you. You said it perfectly, bro. I remember getting told repeatedly "Dude, you know pantera is racist, right?" it's like some were making it hard for me to be a fan due to being black. That never stopped me from loving the music what so ever. It's another one gone. I felt the same way when Lynn died. You feel like you're losing a friend and a voice. I'm only bitter at the ones who aren't true to it. The ones that called pantera racist rednecks for all these years. But found the nerve to like damageplan instead. Nothing against Damageplan. I just felt they lacked what pantera had. But dimebag did it because he loved to write and play music for himself. He wasn't caught up in being a rock star and ( ... )

Yeah, I mean, I don't think any band could be labeled a racist band and make it on even a fraction of the amount of success that Pantera had. A little history research goes a long way for these people who assume... glad you liked what I had to say, I didn't realize at first how much this would really affect me.

I liked what you said a lot too. Had I tried to write something like this the night it happened, I wouldn't be able to, because I didn't really think about what actually happened... the guy who wrote the music that was played during many memorable moments of my life is dead and will never write another new song again.
