they could have been anything...

So. I'm sitting at work. I have two days left till the end of the semester; nine left before I graduate and am done with undergraduate work. forever.

I really should be doing work; I have two papers due on Friday, and a final tomorrow. I've already studied my ass off for the final, and one of the papers is almost done. I'm letting the second paper ( Read more... )

Hey gorgeous, you never came to visit me. I'm sorry if I seemed overly busy - I was. Chances are looking good that I might be moving to Berkeley, CA for the summer in June. Maybe we can meet up here or out west? xoxo

Yeah, this last semester in college is absolutely insane. We should be able to meet up sometime this summer...I'm working huge numbers of hours here before I leave, but hopefully I will be able to work something out. Otherwise, we can try meeting up on the west coast. I won't have a car, but greyhound should run out there.

I'm so glad to see that you have fun things planned for your summer.

congratulations on almost graduating!! i had the worst time motivating myself to do work last year, knowing that i was done.

Seattle sounds nice, as does getting your Ph.D. I'm jealous :)

Not-quite-dating Justin since October. I care about him more than I want to admit.
That line caught my eye... I can so relate.

Congrats again!!

Confusing relationships suck, don't they? Luckily mine will work itself out once we move and things are more...permanent.

Don't be jealous. You're going to be wonderful and successful no matter where you are or what post-undergrad work you choose to do. I was just dumb and chose a major where I need an advanced degree to do anything worthwhile...

yeah. Senioritis is a bitch. I'm suffering it right now, actually...

Do they ever. Most of the time I like the unexpected, but sometimes I get so frustrated that I just want to know everything that's going to happen.

Please, I was an English major, which didn't leave me many choices outside of writing the great American whatever. But at least I love law and law school (except now when I'm taking finals). Just about everything requires some post-undergrad stuff now.

lovely, i will be in missouri on sunday night for awhile -- i'm moving to colorado, driving, and my dad rented me a hotel in columbia. i didn't know how far that is from school, but maybe we could visit? ♥

Columbia is my hometown...it's about 1.5-2 hours away from where I am (depending on traffic and how fast you drive). That's probably not doable for you, but let me know.

Rawr. I'm going to miss you too. At least you'll still be able to go to dance class.

I'll probably be going to the advanced class today, as I have papers to finish for tomorrow and only want to go to one hour of workout. Let me know if you need a ride to the beginner class, though, as another friend is going and is happy to give rides.

Pssh. You're powerful and sexy even without a dance pole. ;)

I was just wondering the other day what you were up to, since I haven't heard word one about your existence in a double-plus longime. Glad to see you're staying sane long enough to finish school; get the hell out of there as soon as you can. The midwest is NOT where it's at.

Send me pics and music. :) The last thing I got from you was Dresden Dolls, which I adore. You have good taste.

There's a difference between intellectual knowing and actual feeling...dance makes me happy. And I can use it to make money if I need to!

I KNOW. I want at least a year out of here (given that I want to go to grad school at Indiana so I can study at the Kinsey Institute...like that'll ever happen). And I love Portland, and have heard good (and bad) things about Seattle. I figure it'll be an adventure, if nothing else. I'd rather regret going than regret not going.

It's difficult to send you things when you're NEVER online. Otherwise I would.

Pssh. I am so online. Just not on AIM. Gmail Chat is where the cool kids hang out, y'know. :)
