Tell him to grow the fuck up. He's an adult acting like a little child and ruining EVERYONE ELSE' LIFE. He drinks to the point where he destroys things and makes people scared of their own home.

He is a guest in your house, and he needs to be respectful of the wishes of the people who actually live there.

Finally, if he truly cares about your aunt he will stop drinking and enter some sort of rehabilitation program. If he does not, he is basically admitting to the world "what I want is more important than anything else. I do not care for anything but myself."
