Very cute.
Loved Kay.
Made me think of a lot of Davies-era stuff.

1) Something about this really reminded me of Army of Ghosts ... strange things appearing all over the world. And the newcasters.

I don't know if Donna would count, since TenII was already half (or at least part) Donna, but also seeing that he was a variant of Ten, he'd still probably have the same first face thing?

Yeah I hope so ... this is my head canon too, it's the only one that makes sense!!!
