You know, I used to have 8% body fat. EIGHT PERCENT. I loved the strength I had, but I looked so gross. Honestly, you're at a healthy weight now. Don't lose the weight, just gain muscle mass, because you were way too skinny before.

Cheer up or shut up. XP You have things to live for, you just can't see it because you're sad right now. I know, I'm like that too. You'll be fine as long as you push through it.

Exercise = good. It naturally makes you more awake, more alert, and happier. You should do that instead of smoking.

Yes, i enjoy smoking. It is something I like to do, it's calming, it's stress-relieving, it has made me quit other bad habits I had.

But most of all I just enjoy smoking.

Its calming because you've set it as the only way to calm down in your mind. You just have to find something to replace it. I always told myself that exercise was "calming and stress-relieving" and now when I need to calm down or relieve stress I go for a run. Does it really calm me down? Doubtful, but I have conditioned myself to believe it does, so in my mind I feel better. Life is about tricking yourself mentally.

id say that there are definitely healthier ways to calm oneself.
i understand you enjoy it, but keep in mind the eventual consequences...
