it was a crazy weekend that just passed ... oh wait tomorrow starts a new one.

Jewell got baptized on 9/13/08. Which was lovely but at the same time very stressful. Lots of family came in to town. My parents and brother came in on Friday, which was lovely since they got to spend the whole day with Jewell, Adam and myself. My sister, BIL, and all 5 kids came in on Saturday also with my Aunt Ruth. Than at 3:30pm insane broke

She is just precious. I am sorry anyone gave you flak for taking her away for a bit...whether you were feeding her or not. Your job is to take care of her, first and foremost and new people are very overwhelming for a baby. They easily get overstimulated and you did the right thing. *hugs*

Thanks. I'm glad I did what I did because you can tell that she was getting overwhelmed.(I was getting overwhelmed.) I mean we had 30 people in our house (not including us and the dog.)

Lucy's baptism is this weekend. She'll be 3 months old on Saturday, but our church has stupid rules about needing the official birth cert. from the state first, blah blah blah. Should be nice though!

Yeah, his mom and dad are not on my good side right now. There has been a lot of things that have been said in my direction since Jewell has been born and I try to look over it but enough is getting to be enough. =/

Thank you! I'm very happy that they were able to come and spend time with us and meet Jewell. It is so sad that we leave so far away sometimes.
