Best of Luck! Maybe I can even help, kinda. When I was at Maxis (before it was borged into EA HQ), we had catered dinners. Mostly as a joke, I started writing reviews of the provided meals. Maybe this can serve as a glimpse into what a gamer thinks of food! If nothing else, it's good for a chuckle.

Catering was easier in so many ways. More lead time, not doing it EVERY day, cooking without an audience (my kitchen is totally open to the customers standing at the counter). But it think this situation is kinda perfect. It is still a lot like cooking for family (I know every person by name) but in volumes that make my little Italian heart so, so happy.
