No tomorrow I get to meet with the bitchy Building Maintenance Guy and his cleaning supervisor. Because they are cranky that they signed a contract to clean a commercial kitchen only to find out that chefs are MESSY! And food gets on the floor. I'm not sure what they were expecting, but they signed the contract, not me. I just plan to make them honor it. Because I'm like that; I expect people to do what they say they are going to.

and the schedule the vendors and act stupid...

'I thought you guys did it!"

Yeah, it's not somethignI could do while people are trying to work. It's LOUD. But maybe after hours I sneak in and "Oh look! A hole!"

I'd be beating the new hole in the counter with my head by now, sheer frustration would be the catalyst. :)

Apart from that I'd be doing it myself..patience is NOT my strong suit. LOL!
