I'm impressed with this little piece. It's damn near perfect. I normally don't prefer this much smut with walstrid, but you have definitely made it work. I think what makes your smut seem more natural is their dialogue. It helps maintain the characters' integrity when Walter still makes odd comments during their encounter, and Astrid remains patient with him. They remain two people who care for each other instead of being turned into sex gods as is common in most lemony stories, lol.
The rest of the story is skillfully woven, as well. It was the simplicity of it that really pulled me in. It was very smooth. For example, I love the line, "He wanted to kiss her again because he realized that he still remembered how."
