last night whilst i could not sleep (because my roommate was choking on water...) i was thinking about how much time we waste sleeping. if you sleep 8 hours a night like you're supposed to, you'd be comletely missing 56 hours out of every week. that sucks. that's over 2/7 of your week that you spend unconscious. terrible
