Lots of folks are compiling their lists and I wasn't going to do this since I haven't kept very good track this past year, and I was embarrassed at the dearth of books I've read. Usually there are a lot more! It's been quite a year personally and professionally in so many ways: Emotional on a daily basis, full of tears, full of joy, several book ( Read more... )

That's a lot of books!! I have no idea how many books I read this year or how I'd even begin to figure it out (I tend to forget when it was I actually read something). =)

Well, I start with my library record, then just go to my shelves and find all the 2011 books! I need to keep better track, too. I keep thinking I'll be more organized on Goodreads and I'm totally NOT!

Hey, how were your holidays? I hope great! Haven't heard from you in awhile . . . are you loving your new agent???

And just yesterday I suddenly wondered if Circle of Secrets was reviewed by Teen Reads . . . do you know?

My holidays went well (but I'm glad they're over).

I hope you have lots of fun this new year--and no more Armageddon deadlines. =D

I'm finding having an agent doesn't change things much . . . other than I don't have to send out queries and keep track and obsess over my email inbox anymore. ;-) I'm still writing, though it helps to have my agent as another person to give me great advice on said writing. =)

Hmm . . . I'm not sure if Circle of Secrets was reviewed or not. Jen has kind of fallen behind on posting reviews and stuff--family issues taking up a lot of her time. I'll check into it and see if I hear back from her. =)

Thanks for looking into it, Joan! My Amazon and Goodreads reviews are so sparse for this book, not sure why . . .

Not worrying about getting an agent though is huge! Enjoy!
