yep, you got that word right...insomnia. that happens to all of us at some point in our lives and it isn't fun. but you will work thru it, I'm sure of that. You take care....and it could be cause by too much on your mind...and stress.
Feel better. You know what would probably help relieve your stress? Take a nice hot bath and put aromatherapy candles all over and just listen to some soft music. Turn off your cell phone, or put it on silent or something, and just sit and relax. It helps me sometimes. Hope you feel better!
