Headache

Sorry I haven't written in ages. The occipital neuralgia headaches are back. Or, rather, headache singular, because I've had the same headache non-stop for the past 6 weeks or so. Today it's a 9 on the scale of 0-10. Fun fun. I've tried acupuncture, I've tried massage, I've tried doing my PT stretches much more often. Nothing is helping. In the

So sorry you're feeling so badly. A headache like that sounds absolutely miserable. I'm glad to hear from you regardless, though.
