You know, I still feel bad for telling you not to hang out with Janet. I think deep down inside, she was probably a good kid. And I spent that whole morning sitting at CTU thinking of how we'd gotten into that stupid fight over her.
It is funny the things you remember. I remember just wanting to start the whole day over. I didn't care if I had to repeat the fight with Mom, or you. I just wanted out. And, I can understand now why you said the things you did, and why you were concerned. I mean look at the trouble I got into with her! It was only natural for you to worry. I'm glad we had a second chance to talk things through -- Janet won't get that with her parents.
