The military does, yes, and if this bugger was military I'd have started a counseling chit on the incident already, superior or no, and gone straight to the division officer with it if necessary. But he's a civilian, contracted to work with us; not in my chain of command. Only the commander of our training unit has the ability to reprimand a civilian working with us. If I wanted to raise enough hell to take the matter all the way up, the skipper could reprimand him, but since he pseudo-apologized, the skipper would say 'case closed'... and I'd be labeled as a trouble-maker. I don't need complications when I'm this close to retirement.
I was so pissed off I deleted the email, then cleared my deleted box, because I wanted that thing GONE. Thought too late about documenting evidence, dammit.
Yeah, and this guy's actually a retired master chief, so he should damn well know about EO! But back when he was enlisted, EO for women meant just not groping them.
Have somebody forward it to you. At least keep all your correspondance with the guy. Don't let the guy whine about his age or his era. He's a big boy. He needs to ask like ti.

See, it's okay to make fun of women. We're not really people. :P
