Tonight I'm in one of those weird moods that for me can only be filled by reading old emails and lj entries.
I went all the way back to my first entry in May 2005 (!) reading about school bus racing, pneumonia, and Snakes on a Plane.  Lots of bitching about my boss and making plans to go out dancing.  Ah, good times.

I get to brag a little here.  On Sunday, I headed out to small town PA, the place where it all started, to throw my parents a rather wonderful 40th anniversary party.  Fifty-five of my relatives in attendance made for quite a family reunion as well - including all eight (!) of my dad's siblings.  I spent a year and a half planning, and discovered ( Read more... )
