I'd like to apologize to many of you for not being able to be on the Dulles campus yesterday to say goodbye to you as you left. It must have been quite a sight seeing you carrying boxes and clutching those blue folders (for the record, that was my decision, Falco wanted yellow). Unfortunately, I had made an appointment to get my hair cut and my teeth bleached in NY, so it just wasn't possible to do everything. I'm asking for your understanding on this. I would also like to say this about the lay-offs: It really is Jon Miller's responsibility. Even though he's been gone for almost a year, Randy and I would like all of you to continue to hold him responsible for everything bad that happens. At the same time, Randy and I would like to remind you that we continue to be fully and completely accountable for all successes. Ha, missed that comment when this was all happening; I was too busy cutting relevant parts of that page into one of my layoff posts. Can't you just see that stuff about his teeth being something Ron would say? Does he laugh like a girl, too? He looks like he does.
