congrats on the healthy lifestyle changes, i did the same thing starting on new years day. dieting, exercising, and lost 10lbs pretty quickly... i also quit smoking. once you do something routinely for 3 weeks, it becomes the norm. i hope you stick with it!

thanks for the congrats. i didn't even realize you smoked. anyway, i am pretty psyched about it i guess. it's about that time. it's been a year since i've had paige so of course my life completely revolves around her. i feel like i kind of need to do something for myself. congrats on losing 10lbs!
