So, I should explain, for those of you who don't realize, that the skin that "JUST WON'T SHED" is a little more complicated than it seems. There is no pill for this. There are (most commonly) steroidal creams and ointments that make a mess of everything. It has to do with the effectiveness of the medication in the form by which it is delivered. So
