I borrowed this awesome book on camping from a friend. I love it, it talk about how to really cook on an open fire among other things. One of the other things is how to make ice cream with two coffee cans and some ice and salt, along with the ingredients for the ice cream. Gabe and I just rolled a can for ten minutes and we have yummy creamy

My mom makes ice cream that way every year with her preschool class. Imagine 15-20 4-year-olds rolling the cans along the school hallways. :-)
