We are rolling along on the MAJOR repairs to the tune of almost $20k. Paperwork goes out today & I could be in the temporary accommodations in 14 days. I meet w/contractor today for walk thru & planning. Then paperwork to mortgage co - Then destruction starts. I have to pick out new kitchen stuff & new bathroom stuff. This means tile, counters & the stuff in the bathroom. Mrs. Costa would be helpful in this area but basically if it isn’t at Home Depot I probably will not get it. I could always wish for stuff from Cabinet Specialists in Waxahachie but that is a bit outside the State Farm budget. I can’t believe we are actually going forward here. It has been since August.
