Ok I have chicken pieces, apricot chicken sachet and stuff to go with it, do I just pop it all in the slow cooker in the morning and turn it on?

hmmm I haven't had too much luck on chicken casseroles in the crockpot, make sure there's no skin on it - I think I put myself off as I tried a chicken tonight one in it and it so wasn't designed for casseroling!

just throw it all on the cooker with the amount of water the sachet says to use for oven. Turn it on around 9 - 9.30am on LOW and just leave to cook all day. Don't panic if it hits lunchtime and is looking totally uncooked cause it WILL cook by dinner time.

I use the honey mustard chicken tonight and it works really well! Boneless skinless though, in fairly large chunks.

Yeah. If it's looking a bit thin at serving time, just flick onto high and thicken it back up with a little bit of cournflour/water paste.
