I posted the original of this back in April, but as summer is winding down, I think I should post the updated version.

The purple line is the original planned route. The pink line is where I went off the planned route.
There's a bit that isn't there. Like all the random getting lost exploring I did in Indiana or the trying to find a replacement car window/clothes/hairbrush in Oregon. Or all the adventuring around L.A.
States I did not drive through:
Kentucky
Missouri
Arkansas
Kansas
North Dakota
Nebraska
Alaska
Hawaii
Maine
Vermont
New Hampshire
Massachusetts
Rhode Island
Connecticut
The last six on that list, I plan on leaving my apartment stupidly early Friday morning and road tripping through them. Maybe hotelling it up somewhere and hanging out in Boston on Saturday. So I will have been in 42 out of 50 states this summer.
