I officially got the cut from USAA.  I was told that serving active duty in the military was the only legit way I would be considered for an appeal.  I cried like a baby and I'm not sure why.  It's only insurance, for Christ's sake.

I worked 2 hours overtime with no break.  Hell, I never sat down.  It's called treating people as you would like to be
