Mm, I don't know if my paper's all that interesting or not, but it's mostly done...hah. :)

I hope we're all more open-minded. ^^ I've rarely met anyone who's blatantly not so, but...you know. ^^; maybe they just don't speak their real mind to someone like me. *Dry laughter*

Yeah, we are (all) a touch crazy here...*amused* but that's not a bad thing...is it?

I agree that more "normal" people are using the 'net, though I'm sure some people still think of us as "socially inadept" and what, yeah?

So, what do not fandom people think of us, do you think?

Well... this definitely proves that most people in fandom are female, which I already knew but whoa, I had no idea it was that many :)

Non-fandom people probably think we're insane... that is, until they actually read a good slash/het/gen fic of their favourite character and then are completely addicted (Like me :D )

Anyway, it's too bad you can't post these results in the various comms, but I don't know if that's normally allowed.

Yeah. Posting in the /first/ place put me way out of my comfort zone. There are some...less than polite...responses, sometimes. If anyone's interested, they're welcome to come poke around my journal, but I'm not going to open myself up to more "discussion" of invading communities-- geeze. I am a lurker type, that's why nobody knows me...^^;;

Thanks for responding, though. :) It's nice to know I'm not the only one interested.
