Yesterday I went to the market and bought 5 meters of fabric. It was really exciting. There's so much activity and so many things being sold. Soap, peanuts, nail polish. This is what is say to the bacteria in my gut:

I took some cypro this morning and i'm feeling better. That'll teach those nasty germs to try and live in my intestine. I hope the go home and tell all their germ friends not to mess with me because i mean business.

I thought I'd get up early this morning to see what my host family does before they all leave at 7:30 but I slept in again and didn't see them. Classes start at 9 for me so I don't have much incentive to leave my warm bed in the morning ( Read more... )

Over the weekend I went to the beach, voile d'or. For only mille francs it was paradise. Just thought I should let ya'll know.

I have 15 minutes left on the timer here at the cyber cafe near the centre boabab. I think that once I get used to this whole French keyboard thing I'll never be able to use an American one again.
