Every time we have tried to go to Walt's it was either fully booked or closed... but we'll definitely try next time, after your review ;)

there were still a lot of places free when we were there. but we went at noon, maybe it is busier in the evening. but you can always make a reservation earlier in the day or the day before, or maybe weeks before: call from home.
we also had a cocktail with a souvenir glass and it was served in a small deep plate with, how did wim call it? hot ice, so ice with a bit water on top which makes it steam a lot. fun. :)
