I think it is a sensitive issue to mention this situation here as I'm guessing that both parties in the relationship happen to be your friends?
At times I find that your entries tend to be subtle and although you makes your thoughts analogical, I can sense that they are always indirect attacks to people whom you know/dislike.
Thanks for the thought. But like you, I have my thoughts and seeing as to how this is my blog, I feel I have the right to express them and if not directly so as to 'protect feelings', indirectly through analogies is, I think, acceptable.
I'll write about myself if something comes up or inspires me to do so. On that note, my thoughts are part of myself too and so, writing what I think is in a sense writing about myself. For example, in this instance, it's fairly easy to see what my stand on cheating on a significant other is.
If you say write more about myself because you enjoy what you read when I write about myself myself, that's great and thank you. But if you say so because you came around here looking for a "look what I ate today", "here's what I did today" type entries you won't find them - unless it was really awesome like when I attended a Molecular Gastronomy food tasting and did a post on it some half a year back.

You should write more about yourself.
