Nurse Debs. You did it! It was long and hard and trying and tear-filled and stressful and OMG! YOU'RE A NURSE!!!

and this - Dean: Nurse Deb would have been more gentle. And soothing.

I had a part about "this actor named Jeffrey Dean Morgan" looking exactly like their father, but couldn't fit it in where it really made sense. My first thought was having "you" drop a picture of Jeff so Dean could see it, but even as obsessed as you are, you wouldn't carry JDM's picture around. You don't do you? Hee.

I hope your real life first patient is as special as Dean.
