From One Idjit to Another

I'm trying to prepare myself to lose Bobby. I've been sure it was gonna happen since I saw that hat. Maybe not death, coz I don't think TPTB are willing (HA!) to kill him, but amnesia or coma or some other way to remove Bobby from Hunter status. Some brain injury type thing that's gonna take our boy out of the game and into that condo. But

There sure has been a lot of prep for losing Bobby, either to death or something else, so that he's out of the game: heart-to-heart talks with both Sam and Dean just last episode, the constant discussion about Sam and Dean losing everything they rely on this season, Dean saying he doesn't want to go on if Bobby dies, and Bobby saying the same to Dean just last episode. They also seem to be setting us up for Dean having a complete breakdown, and I can't think of a more efficient way to do that than to kill Bobby off.

I don't know...it doesn't look good. I can't imagine what a broken Dean will look like, either, and I'm kind of worried...

You know. That's the only thing that gives me hope. They want us to THINK they're gonna kill the ol' geezer, but they DON'T! That's my story and I'm sticking to it. :(

I can't imagine what a totally broken Dean would look. The boy's been dented plenty, but not totally over the edge. He's in a really bad emotional place right now. I don't know if Sam is capable of picking up his broken pieces.

If they go down the memory loss route, that would hit Dean particularly hard coz of what he did to Lisa and Ben. Oh, Dean.
