I got home right as Show was starting. I watched the teaser with my coat on. Sure, I could have just paused the DVR til I got myself sorted, but my boyz were RIGHT THERE ON MY TV! LIVE!! Yay!!

Watching fandom-free can indeed be a refreshing experience. My LJ has been so quiet of late, I've had to go looking for fandom conversation elsewhere. Today I'm considering withdrawing from fandom for a while. (I posted about Jensen's new voice-over gig, and not a peep from anyone on my f-list. At all.)

Though I am still debating doing my full-blown long-and-rambly, I don't know if I can adequately express both my pleasure and trepidation about last night's ep.

But yes, I liked Bobby's ex, and I liked having Sam back. I hurt so much for Dean when he made Lisa and Ben little more than a footnote, for Sam's sake.

And I'm not convinced that Sam got the whole scoop about anything. I think he only knows generalities, but I think he's going to be stumbling across the details for the rest of the season.

It was nice not worrying about fandom, but I did look forward to poking around this morning. I just found it reassuring and somewhat surprising that I didn't NEED it, you know.

Don't take it personally when flisties don't always comment. We read it, but sometimes life or work or snow gets in the way. I had seen the video of Jensen, but seeing you post it still made me smile. I've noticed you kinda have a thing for that boy. :D

YES! Me too. I wasn't expecting to react in such a way, but it was a nice surprise.
