Today they called me in to help on the salesfloor during the day (6am-2:30pm). I figured "Hey, it's a nice change of pace!" They let me out of the bat-cave...er backroom to price clearance merchandise, and to help the salesfloor with customer service ( Read more... )

I've been whistled at, along with someone shouting "Hey!". I just pretend I don't hear them. :P Customer service or not, NO ONE should respond to that.

I stockpiled on Vault when it came out (Vault Zero for me). Delicious, but I got sick of it quick. >.< It's been a while, I think I should pick some up again..

I usually avoid eye contact if a customer (or in Target's case, a guest) is rude...if they ask where something is I flatly say "It's over in the next aisle." Sometimes I pawn them off on another employee if they get REAL rude. I just say "Let me see if I can find someone else." They have told us in our training we don't have to take crap from rude guests...I'm glad Target isn't all about that "Customers are always right" bullshit. :P
