AND YO. THAT TEGOSHI LAYOUT IS WINZ. I like Yamapi, but he's not my fav. I can't decide btwn Tegoshi and Masuda D: I DECIDED I LOVE THEM BOTH LOL. BUT DUDE. The Tego layout makes me look at...inappropriate places! v_v;;

yes! you can definitely use these layouts.
and to use the layouts:
1.Customize Journal Style
2.Custom CSS
3.Make you check off 'no' for: 'Use layout's stylesheet(s) ' and 'Use external stylesheets '
4.Then you just copy and paste the code in the box
