haikus - EPIC POST OF MANY HAIKUS
I used to write haikus in my spare time. I wrote quite a lot of them, and here are the best ones. Some of them have titles and some don't, and this: [*] means that the words didn't actually fall into place according to haiku rulings but I still liked the piece enough to keep it.

fortunate riddles - an amateur exercise in poetry
Guys! Guys! Heads up, I just figured out what I could post here! Some of my older-ish poems/prose-thingies. I used to pass the time writing haikus, which was fun, but I also have some longer ones. Like this one here, written for some long-forgotten assignment and loosely based on the play Oedipus Rex. I'm sorry about the odd formatting.

I know no one's reading my journal but me, and at some future point, I feel like this is going to start bothering me. So I thought about it. What gets people's journals looked at?
