“Siwon oppa is appa’s best friend.” Sunkyu said. “ and protector.” She added, Andre puts his attention back to the crying hyukjae and raise his small hands to wipe hyukjae’s wet cheeks. hyukjae holds the hand that was caressing his face while looking at the peaceful face of the young guy, he was drunk by the appearance and the fact that he hears Siwon earlier but he was awaken when he hears a familiar voice shouting the kid’s name.
“Andre! Andre!” he looks at the direction of the voice and his crying just got harder. Air was getting hard to enter his body, he feels suffocated. He just can’t believe his eyes.
“im sorry, did he hurt you?” the new guy said. “andre, why did you make him cry?” focusing his attention now to the kid. “im really sorry.” And the tall guy was shock as hyukjae jumps on him and hugs him tight. Seeing this event sun kyu drags Andre to their other friends and let the two be alone for a while.
Hyukjae was not crying anymore yet continuous sobs escape his lips and but tears were still falling wetting the guy beneath him. He feels the guy’s arms moving around his waist, replying his hug. He nuzzles him self closer and he smells the familiar manly scent. “I thought I would never see you again.” He said not letting go and not even lifting his head from the other’s neck. “me either. I thought I would be missing you forever.” He hears the guy reply which makes his heart soar high in happiness. He pulls away and looks at the other’s face, it was him, and he was not dreaming donghae is back in his embrace.
Donghae lifts his hand on hyukjae’s wet cheeks, the other hand still resting protectively on hyukjae’s waist. He caresses the soft cheeks and smiles at the guy above gently. “im back.” And hyukjae leans to the guy and attach their lips. Donghae puts his hands at the back of hyukjae’s head pulling the other closer and deepening the kiss. It was so sweet, all longing and waiting was put on their kiss reuniting their hearts and feelings, Making up for their lost time.
They pulls away yet string of saliva still connecting them, hyukjae blush when donghae wipes it and kiss him on the cheek. “we’re on the school grounds.” Hyukjae said and move to sit up. Donghae chuckles at the blushing face of hyukjae, he follows the other and sit up as well. “who jumps on me and initiate the kiss?” he jokes making hyukjae blush harder. “im sorry I just really miss you.” Hyukjae says covering his face with his hands.
“how many times do I have to remind you not to cover your beautiful face huh hyukkie?” donghae pulls hyukjae’s hands away and make the other to look at him he was about to kiss hyukjae again but hyukjae stops him.
“not here, there are many people. And besides you have lots of explaining to do. “ hyukjae blush and busies him self by taking out foods from their basket then he waves at sun kyu again. The two kids moves to them and sat on the blanket, hyukjae’s heart flutter when andre and sunkyu beams a smile at him. he gives them sandwiches and juices then moves back his attention to donghae. “tell me how.”
Donghae heaves a sigh, it was a long story but he cuts it short he knows that hyukjae would insist on it no matter what. He told him that Andre was indeed Siwon, he was put on a new body to guard a new person, Andre just like sunkyu is back to being a guardian in a little kid’s form. Hyukjae ask who is the one that Andre would guard and he can’t believe his eyes when donghae points his finger to him self.
“does this mean you’re a-“ hyukjae wasn’t able to finish his statement when over whelming feelings dawn on him. Donghae nods and told him that his prayers where answered by the highest. It was hyukjae who made this all possible, with him praying time to time to let Siwon and donghae be happy where ever they are., the highest grants his wish and let donghae be back as a human in the same age as before and Siwon be a guardian for donghae meaning being a guardian to hyukjae too.
“but he didn’t know me earlier?” hyukjae ask confuse to how Siwon acted earlier.
“it was just an act we have to do, testing if you would still remember us.” Donghae chuckle while explaining earning a soft hit on the shoulder. “of course I would remember you two.”
Hyukjae looks up to the sky and held his hands on his chest. “thank you.” He whispered and he feels a hand on his waist pulling him closer.
He leans his head on donghae’s shoulder and tilts it a bit so he could see donghae’s face. Donghae looks down on him making their lips bump on each other thus making them kiss, they didn’t pull away and make them self be drunk to the feeling that they sure will share forever. “I love you.” They both whispered between their kiss.
From not so far sunkyu and Andre were standing looking at them. “I told you, you would end up with me.” sunkyu giggles and Andre looks at him. “maybe yes.” And they laugh and look back at the sweet couple, their new subject of protection, and their new parents.
Today is a new life and a new start.
