OOOOOOOOOOO, looks like we get to fire more people today! Thank god for getting rid of assholes that drag people down.

I feel like a real manager these days, I gave all the kids at work a goal to hit in sales for the weekend, and not only did they hit it, they obliterated it! I was so proud of them!
