School....is not fun. I've decided. I have a good schedule and all (meaning i know people in all my classes) but the classes themselves...not so fun. studying...boring and practically impossible when you are blessed with the attention span and focus of a 2 year old!
Speech text tomorrow. Actually did attempt some studying, typed 5 papes of notes, took and printed the quized on each of the 3 chapters, but have not read the book or memorized anything. So my big gaps tomorrow will consist of studying....for like 30 minutes until Julie gets out of class and then the rest of the day i have people so I will get nothing done. Even though I'll be with Will from a little before Astronomy on and we both have the test we still won't study b/c we're smart like that. Lunch consists of mostly people in our speech class and yet still there will be no studying. I have a socializing issue, i do too much of it and not enough studying and classwork. o well, friends and family are the most important things in life right?!
Haven't started the essay that I have to have a rough draft for on Wednesday, should get around to that pretty soon.
Julie's sister is getting us both jobs with her friend that owns an Event Planning Business which is awesome since thats the field of Hospitality I want to go in to. Plus I get paid and get the hours i need to graduate! I'm really excited!
Ok back to studying. (my attention span made me take a break and watch Napoleon Dynamite w/Steff. That movie is so funny!)
So in the words of Kip *Peace Out*
hehe right :)
*~*See ya :)*~*
P.S.
Teaching last night was crazy! All but 2 of my kids came, I normally don't even have half! It was nuts, I made them sit boy-girl-boy-girl and they were still loud! I'm getting better at getting them quiet with out raising my voice, though. They get quiet much quicker now! They're adorable, one little girl brought me cake from her brother's birthday party eariler that day. Seriously I can't explain how much they make me want to be a better person, like the kind of person they think I am. It amazing for me to think about how many decisions I make in a day where I think about them. Most kids my age don't have that, they don't have anyone they're worried about looking up to them, they don't have a reason to attempt this crazy idea of perfection. But really there are just certain things you can't do and then go back and look those innocent little children in the eyes. It would just be too hypocritical to teach them to strive to be what God wants them to be while I'm not doing the same.
