well, that's simply. they had the protein to it. just like orange juice with calcium! they find ways of adding stuff to just about everything. i honestly prefer 2%.

veggie pate sounds yum!

Yeah I have a huge obsession with checking nutrition information now. I'm glad that Health Canada (or whoever did it) decided to force all businesses to plaster that onto their products.

As for skim, I never just straight up drink milk, I use it in hot chocolate, tea and cooking soups, so the taste is quite irrelevant to me.

And yeah, whole wheat bread has tons of protein! My favourites for getting protein though, are things like bean salads or cheese. Sometimes I'll just pop open a can of chick peas and munch on them like chips! :D
