I have:

For August, 2008. Looking for a long term roommate. Where? Condo in Downtown (Ottawa) [ Claridge Plaza.] (currently under construction) Brand new! Besserer and Rideau. Good luck with the roommate hunt! Your condo looks great and is in a wicked location! Man...if I was in a different situation I would so talk to you about moving in with you. I fit your description pretty much perfectly and $750 for downtown Ottawa in a fully equipped condo is a great deal.

Just out of curiosity, do you own it completely, or will you still need to pay the mortgage monthly?

Oh my, still lots of mortgage payments to go! My grandparents put the downpayment on it, and now it's 'mine' to take care of. So yeah, it would be mortgage and condo fees and all that junk

Man.. that looks soooooo pretty! Man.. i wish i could move out of the states and live there. ::whines:: Its such a pretty condo.. and a pool, and gym?! You could make me go and work out. Rats. ;-; I would totally do that with you man. I no smoke, and i last i check.. i don't gut animals in the kitchen.. hehe. All you would have to worry about is cats.. and i don't think that would be a problem. Baaaaah. ;-; Curses!
