Rei jumped up from the fighting station and rose his hand in victory. "You little shits never learn now pay up." he stuck his hand in the younger kids face that was unfortunate enough to be his opponent.

The kid was ticked as he pulled out a wad of bills and handed it to Rei. "You shouldn't have gone double or nothing." Rei rubbed that fact in as he added the bills to his large collection and began counting it. He made almost as much in the arcade in a week, then a day in the streets. Shige would be pleases. His reputation was becoming popular among the gamers in town, more people where coming up to challenge him but that was fine by him, more money.

Yuu saw this display as he was standing there just thinking. This guy seemed like he would be a challenge and decided he would play him. At least it would pass time. Yuu walked over to him slowly, amused at the idea that he might even win some money out of the deal.

"Hey. You want to play?", Yuu asked very simply as he pulled a bill out of his pocket.

Rei eyed the money before studying his competition and smiled. Another pretty boy and a piece of cake, this type really need to stick to applying their make up.

"Sure if you think you can handle it. I am Sanjo Rei by the way remember that name." Rei smiled as he moved to a fighting station. "Guilty gear fine by you?" he asked as he took out his money for the bet.

"Well I'm Kinamoto Yuu and I don't care if you remember it or not. And yeah that's fine", Yuu said as he also moved to the fighting station that Rei was at.

He didn't care what game they played because it's not like he really played any of them anyway. He sat down in his chair and put his coin in. He decided he would just pick a character at random and see if he could memorize their moves. He waited for Rei to get ready so they could start this fight.

When Axl fell after Rei's next blow he felt slightly mistaken as he watched the character on screen celebrate shortly before the count down of the second round started.

Rei began his sequence only he quickened his pace a bit pounding the buttons in urgency.

When Yuu saw that Rei continued the same sequence, but faster, he knew his plan still had a chance. He knew the pattern and picked moves that would work best against his opponents. Both of them were taking damage, but it wasn't sure who was going to win just yet.

Rei struggled when his hits weren't hitting as often as they should. Yuu was managing to avoid some and getting hits taking some as he went. Their bars were so close when Rei's character fell and Axl pranced his victory.

"Don't get cocky here is the tie breaker." Rei stated as the countdown began once more. Since his usual technique was not working Rei lost it and just started hitting anything looking way more then amateur himself.

Yuu gave a momentary smirk at his victory and found his opponent's new technique amusing. It was hard to formulate a strategy for this type of fight, but he just tried taking advantage of his own character's strengths and his opponent's weaknesses. It was almost like the game of chess that he would play on rare occasions. Again he wasn't sure who was going to win this round, as both characters seemed to be taking damage.
