Isn't it great?

Isn't it great living in the paradise that Barack Hussein Obama has created for all of us?

The economy is booming, everyone who wants a job has one, and most of those trained for good jobs have good jobs.  Employees are in such demand that all the teens and college students who wanted summer employment are working!

Manufacturing is making a comeback ( Read more... )

Haven't seen you on here for a while how are things how are the cats :3 ?
Have you moved to China lately xD ?

Although I have read that the best way to escape an American president is to be in America because all the laws and regulations are done locally anyway (well many) (If I imagine every thing being like the sodding school /education regulations here( and we only have 16 states)(and about twice to 3 times as many ways education is regulated ) and laws then I don't want to know how all other laws are in the US. If you travel do you have charts to see how much tax you have to add in which place or do you just take it or leave and hope youve got enough money on you(unless you pay per credit card anyway everywhere) xD

My old cats are all gone, buried among my flowers. I have 2 18 month old kitties bouncing around the place, Charlotte and Emily. Charlotte is a brown tabby with 4 dashing white 'mittens'. Her sister is a brown tabby with no white markings and NO TAIL. They are charmers ( ... )

The difference between a VAT tax and a sales tax is that the sales tax is applied only once, at the time of sale to consumers, not at every step along the way.

Alcohol is an odd item here. Where it is sold and in what form varies from state to state. Some states have liquor/wine stores that are like grocery stores with shopping carts--some require filling out little forms, then taking those to a clerk who would hand over the bottle! Some states allow the sale of beer and wine in grocery stores, some do not.

We like our police local. There is also a county sheriff's department; they have a WAY KEWEL helicopter, and state police (in Ohio, they have a symbol with a WINGED TIRE!), but each is independent and one does not serve under another. The sheriff's department is concerned with areas that do not have a formal local government and the state police are largely concerned with patrolling the highways.

I do love the winged tire emblem:
