heh, well i just felt like making icons. and they turned out quite pretty. for some reason i've been making a lot of black & white icons recently =S
#21 is nothing special =P - first i just duplicate the base and set it to screen - then i duplicate that layer until it's really light - new layer and filled with #0000FF and set to exclusion (opacity between 15-20%, depends on the base) - next layer and filled with #E7D89F and set to overlay, opacity between 15-30% - another layer and filled with #EED7BD and set to overlay again, opacity 15-30% - merge the layers - duplicate and set to overlay and then i mess around with it until i get the result i like =)
that's pretty much how i make all my icons, the opacity just varies
