well, i can try writing one, but i can't promise it will turn out the same.
but i mostly used this tutorial, step 4 and 5, but in the reds i put yellow +100, cyan 0.
and then it depends on the cap, i just play around with the opacities etc to not make it too blue/yellow..

so, if you still want a tut, i can try and see what comes out =)
