(no subject)
I am a total dork making a Twilight mix hahaha. Today was alternatively shitty and awesome.
First, the shitty. I failed a chemistry test. Yes, seriously failed. It was horrible. I haven't been doing very well in there at all but this was SO BAD. I am perfectly ok with failing quizzes because I know I am still learning the material but this was a test...and it wasn't even a high F. It was under 50%. I just don't understand this stuff, I need to get someone to help me out. What sucks is that while I knew I didn't know the material perfectly, I didn't realize there were quite as many faults in my knowledge of periodicity as there apparently was/is. Also shitty is my mother trying to make me apply to ANOTHER school. I do not want to go to UCF, Sam I Am, I do not care if they offer me enough money to cover tuition AND buy some ham. And then when i tell my mother this, she thinks I am being ridiculous. NO, YOU ARE BEING RIDICULOUS. APPLYING TO TEN SCHOOLS IS RIDICULOUS. But now on to the awesome:
As I was at my locker this morning, I felt someone approach on my left side as a male voice sad "Hey Hayley, how's it going?" As i turned my head, I discovered it was the one and only beautiful and perfect Rory. I was so stunned by his friendy greeting and overwhelming beauty I could do nothing other than enthusiasticly reply "Hey!" and then shut my locker and skedaddle away, because I am lame lame lame. Then I was telling Layne this story while I was at my locker before lunch and she's like, He'll be coming out of French soon, let's stall! So we did, and then Rory came to his locker and he asked Layne to excuse him because she was blocking his locker and then I shut my locker and we just kind of stood there like total losers stalling even more thinking, maybe we should say somethign to him BUT WHAT? Hahahaha. There is a reason that he is occasionally referred to as "Delicious" in our circle of friends. Also awesome was the conversation I had with Hunter today. But since I went into a unnecessary amount of discussion about Delicious, I will minimize this part because really there isn't much to say except that this kid totally gets me and I love it.
In other news: I finished a bunch of my applications! I am completely done with: UF, Auburn, Miami, ASU and Kettering (but that one's been done for a while). Some might still be waiting on my transcripts or standardized test scores but I've done all I need to do to get those out. HOORAH.
