I'm posting this for when I actually have to discuss this book. I am NOT going back to re-read it. It's like reading a college textbook in a class that bores me silly. I think a haiku is 5 syllable, 7 syllable, 5 syllable. Or maybe it's 7-9-7. That would have been easier. Oh well. Either way, that summarizes how I feel when it rains all day. No motivation; no drive; wandering from room to room.

FUN! And now Chris called with updates on her college experiences, as she was coming home from the opera. Grin. Being a teacher is pretty cool.

Oh, and I'm happy because Jake Ballard called just now to tell me he got into the BYU Men's Chorus. AND he's in a Gamelan group, (and we sang Gamelan last year...so he knew a little about it). I am happy because I feel a little responsible for roping him into choir, and now he says the experiences he's having are amazing, and that makes me happy.

So, Dean has me laughing...He has been arguing for over a week with the construction workers in the building about the wash sink across the hall. It doesn't work.
