So, I found out through the journals that Ryo and Koushirou are planning on working with DATS, but not for DATS. And my brother joined up with DATS ( Read more... )

I know how you feel, Ken. I want to help, but I don't want to feel like I'm siding against Taichi or Koushiro if I join DATS.

The way I see it, it's not about choosing "sides" as if you're going on a different team, but finding out where you feel you can do the most good to the extent of your abilities as well as finding a place you're most comfortable at.

That's just it. I don't know where I'll be doing the most good. I've never really had to choose groups before, except to decide whether I was going to work with Daisuke and the others, or work alone.

As cheesy as this sounds, "Follow your Heart." That's the best I can offer so far. Either that or join a group of magic-throwing friends and myself or join a Pirate Ship.

Oniisan at least wouldn't hold it against you if you joined DATS, because I asked him about it before I signed up and he said he wasn't joining for personal reasons. You know how he doesn't like going into much more detail than that. I think Kou-niisan's the same; he has his own reasons for not joining. I don't really know why Osamu joined, though.

But yeah, you should talk to everyone if you're nervous about it.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm kind of torn on it myself. I signed up to help because my friends were, but I'm not much of a fighter at heart.

There's plenty of things you can do to help that aren't fighting, I'm sure.
