is it Wicked that the musical was based off of? in other words, is it a kinda sorta pre-Wizard of Oz thing?

I can't believe you don't like that book. Seriously. Please give it a chance. I read it this summer and loved it. The beginning is a little odd, yes, but once it gets into the story of Elphie's life (rather than her strange beginning), it gets pretty good.

Yea, so, anyway... read the book, and let me know what you think once you do.
