my pyschiatrist said that most of his patients feel that it effected them within a week. He said this was the reason he was going to perscribe it was not only because it would treat my problem, but because he wanted to give me something that'd have an almost immediate effect. I also researched the drug online and many reviews/comments people left said that it worked within that timeframe and not after.

sweetass!! that's what someone i know takes...they say it works really really really well. They said it took a week or so to kick in.
