Well, I've finallly decided to make the switch. This is my new journal, new name.. =D
I'm planning on keeping much better track of what I eat on here.. I definately need to lose 15 lbs. Here is my plan - -

Aw it sounds great! I was just gonna text you:)
There ended up being cake after all for her birthday so I just ended up purging it, and this morning my dad brought me breakfast in bed, which I immediately purged, andd all I've had today is popcorn-100 :)
So is today day 1?
I love youu:)
Oh and what I've been doing for exercise is just setting an alarm for 3:00 and going for an hour long fast walk(walking fast burns more calories than running because your body isn't made for it)
