It does work and isn't expensive. Don't go on a diet, they don't work unless combined with exercise.
Get some rollorskates, /bladees and skateo work and home every day . I guarentee with sensible eating ( not a diet just sensible eating) you will loose weight.
Don't join weightwatchers. Don't join a "fat club" dieting group. They are crap and designed to destroy your self esteeem. Do join a gym with a freind (or your mum) and go regularly (even twice a week is okay), but be reasonable don't say: I'll attend the gym seven days a weEkk, 'cauSe pyschologically you'll feel crap when you (inevitably) dont' go every day.
Eat sensibly. Don't punish yourself and lastly...
STAY AWAY FROM THE ATKINS DIET, I KNOW AT LEAST TWO PEOPLE WHO ENDED UP IN HOSPITAL ON IT.
*hugs* I have no intention of joining a diet group or fat club. I can imagine nothing I would less like to do than sit in a room with a bunch of fat people listening to fat people stories. *gags* The Atkins diet - I know a couple of people who have done themselves serious damage on that diet as well. So yeah - I'm going to buy an exercise machine or whatever, do it that way.
I know that I can do the gym. I've done it before, it's just a case of getting my ass back in gear again and doing it. Merf... I guess it was just a serious bummer moment yesterday when my skirt didn't fit. Blah!

Plus your metabolism will increase and you will burn more calories just doing normal things during the day, meaning you can eat normally and still lose weight.
Yeah, gyms are pretty good for a variety of things. I just need to get a couple of stone off, so I guess it's pretty much essential. However, this new job should help...

I hate gyms. Join a sports league.. it's way more fun than going to the gym, trust me. :D
